    "description": "当館では石見出身の文豪・森鷗外とゆかりのあった美術家の作品を収集、展示しています。作家として、また軍医として知られる鷗外は、美術に関する著作を数多く手がけ、また様々な美術家たちと交友を持っていました。このたびは企画展「森鷗外ゆかりの洋画家 小堀四郎」の開催にあわせ、鷗外と親交のあった画家たちの作品を展示します。小堀四郎やその妻・杏奴（森鷗外の次女）がパリに留学したことや、画壇から離れて活動したことにちなみ、「留学」、「画壇」をキーワードに明治、大正の画家た ちと鷗外との関りを紹介します。",
