    "description": "小堀四郎（1902–1998）は名古屋生まれの洋画家で、東京美術学校では特待生として才能を認められ、フランス留学で腕を磨きました。将来を期待されながらも、美術界の混乱に失望し、恩師・藤島武二の教えを胸に、名声や画壇から距離を置き、独自の道を歩みます。妻であり森鷗外の次女・杏奴は、四郎の芸術を深く理解し支え続けました。本展では、四郎の油彩画約120点に加え、杏奴や恩師たちの作品を含む約240点を紹介します。",
